Renoly Santiago was born in Puerto Rico and at a very young age started singing, acting and writing. After living in Union City, New Jersey as a kid he moved to New York City and became a writer and star on the Emmy nominated television series City Kids and wrote the book to the musical Bring in the Morning...A Wake-Up Call at the Apollo Theater in Harlem starring Lauryn Hill. Renoly's passion and dedication for the arts garnered him the title of an accomplished entertainer having co-starred in major international blockbuster hit Hollywood films to critical acclaim as a Drama Desk Nominee. His credits include: Dangerous Minds alongside Michelle Pfieffer, Hackers starring with Angelina Jolie, Daylight with Sylvester Stallone and Con Air with Nicholas Cage and John Malcovich; also numerous films, Sundance and episodic television such as Law & Order and Touched by an Angel. Renoly was nominated for a Drama Desk Award by the press as a featured star in The Capeman on Broadway written by Paul Simon starring alongside Marc Anthony, Ednita Nazario and Ruben Blades. Renoly also had his own monthly entertainment journal column entitled The Beat with the New York Daily News. Renoly also founded Circle, Inc. his arts organization that brings the arts to the public and is currently one of his active passions. Renoly has been inspired by many musical artists; the Latin sounds of Jose Feliciano, the Rock of Sting also Pop icons like Michael Jackson and Prince. Renoly has sung back up for recording artist India on her studio album and has worked on songs with writer Paul Rodas. He is currently working on Circle, new acting endeavors, collaborating on various projects, writing songs and is presently recording music in the studio. Renoly will release his 1st album in 2009  it will debut both in English and Spanish.
